Terms of Service

1. Who we are

HostingReviews.biz (the “Service”) is operated by GDE Computers (“we”, “us”). When you use the Service you are entering into an agreement with GDE Computers.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

The Service lets you send review invitation emails to your customers through a Gmail account you connect. You must have authority to bind your organisation, or be of legal age, to use the Service.

4. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

  • using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of anti-spam laws;
  • sending fraudulent, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email (spam);
  • infringing anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfering with security, including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing limits;
  • reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service.

6. Intellectual property

GDE Computers retains all rights to the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your plan. You keep ownership of content you send and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The Pro Plan is billed monthly after a 7-day free trial and renews until cancelled.

8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email will be delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these Terms. When access ends, we will delete your data within a reasonable period.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GDE Computers is established.
